MS Paint

There are many people out there who don not have fancy-shmancy programs to make layouts. Most people just ahve MS Paint, a simple picture design office. This tutorial is to help those who are learning to make layouts, and only have paint.

MS Paint can be found on any Windows Vista computer. It can be used in many ways, one being layout maker.
Paint can be tricky to work with, even though it sounds so simple. There are many great ways to make a layout with it though.
You can start with your theme. Are you making a Scribble, NR, Themeless, HP? Just because it is Paint, doesn't mean your background has to be a plain color. You can use different search engines souch as Google.com or Yahoo.com to fin different textures to use as a background for your layout.

Adding pictures can be difficult, as there are no fading or blending brushes on Paint. To blend picture, you can use Microsoft Photo Editor. This is also on all Windows Vista computers. This editor has brushes you can use to blend a picture into your layout, change color schemes, and edit the whole picture.
