First off, select a picture that you want to use. I'm using this one:![]() I will sharpen it for a vintage look. Sharpen it as much as you like, depending on your taste. I have this: ![]() 02. Create and new layer and put a gradient of a medium dark blue and a dark navy. Or you could use a solid blue. It should look like this: ![]() 03.
